Hi, my name is Jimmy Kumana, based in Houston, Texas. My company is bidding on a consulting contract in Kuwait (to KNPC) and I expect to be traveling back and forth for several months (Dec 2009 onwards). I know creating this kind of site takes lots of hardwork in surfing around, being in touch with the latest happenings and events and getting involved in various kind of associations to get the information. Most important thing is that you are trying to collect this info and spread to all Zoroastrians.

I am one of your regular site visitor's. You have been doing a great job in updating the site as well as keeping it short and simple. The good part of this site is besides giving info about your Kuwait association you have taken the effort to brief our youth regarding our religion, culture and made it interesting with some sections like cookery (my fav section), jokes and Bollywood Parsis. Please keep adding some more of recipes.

Hey Nazneen, I'm Delzad Dalal, I just visited your web portal, suggested by Mr Rusi Mistry, and I can confidently say that finally there is a Parsi portal, that truly is about the religion and everything about it. Simply marvelous.
I recently graduated in Bioinformatics from Ooty, and have a year in my had till I do my masters, so till then i decided to put up a website of my own which had a little of just about everything,and also had a link for Parsees. I did plan to create something on a similar lines, and guess you wont mind if I kept a link to your web site? |

Hello Naaz, you have seem to taken lot of pain and hardwork to compile interesting and informative topics. The difference between your site from others is that you have tried to give variety of topics and not just religion. If there is alot for our culture and traditional occassions then I do read about prayers, health, the best of all is parsee cuisine, jokes on a ligther side and last but not the least about our bawajis of bollywood. Your photo gallery also has some nice pictures. This makes your site different from other sites. Variety is spice of life and you have just done perfect. Please do keep giving us this kind of information. Will keep visiting your site. Your slogon is absolutely right -Proud Parsi Site for All Ages.

Well done for creating your website. However why is it that on this site as on so many other so called Zoroastrian sites, parsis seem to assume that they are the only zoroastrians. There are a number of Iranian zoroastrians as well in the world, and some are in Kuwait (and also in dubai). It would be much more inclusive if your site reduced the number of references to Parsis as if they monopolise the zoroastrian community. While the Parsee birthrate is reducing, the Iranian zoroastrian birthrate is increasing. So wouldn't it be a better approach to also include some items of relevance and interest to Iranian zoroastrians also?

Thank you for your prompt reply. Some how I could not find the site on Working Zoro or else I was having a,"senior moment!!" :) :) I am a retired senior and enjoy working with computers, they fascinate me and keep me in touch with the outside world, plus keep me alert and occupied.
I loved your site, you have done an outstanding work. You must have spent a lot of time creating this site. Are you a Web Master or a Computer Engineer? Congratulation on a job well done. I will visit this site often and share it with others. I do not know anyone in Kuwait, but there are a lot of immigrants from Dubai, some from Kuwait, Saudi, etc. I don't know them all !! :( :( . If you wish to write again, please call me Minoo, "Sir" is too formal, okay? You call 38 degrees pleasant, I would die in such a hot place, specially after being in Canada for 41 years and experiencing -35 degrees celsius, off course in the summer it sometimes goes up to +30 degrees.
