Boat Journey

Dear friends,

In response to my recent querry re our beloved forefathers' flight from Iran to Hindustan 1,200 YEARS AGO, a member of our WZ group called me up that she has a very old picture of our Lord Zoroaster with a boat in stormy seas. Since I have never seen such a picture in any of our reverred Atash Behrams or Agiaries or prayer books, I visited her home and saw the picture which incidentally came inside one of the very very old prayer books a very old family friend handed over to them. The boat in stormy seas depicts the harsh travails our beloved forefathers faced in their flight from Iran to Hindustan in order to safeguard our dear religion.

Thanks and regards,

Rusi

What is more interesting about this pic is that it surrounded by Zodiac signs coming down from left, Cancer, Leo,next not clear, followed by numbers 2 & 4 intertwined, next sign is Libra, three signs going up on right are not clear. Gujarati writing on left below Leo sign says, 'Muskil Asaan Behram,' the writing on the right is not clear. This may be a photo used by a Parsi astrologer or a palm reader, of which there were quite a few around.
